A natural way to clean their teeth...or lack there of.

Before your little guy or girl sprouts teeth you don't need to worry about caring for their dental hygiene right? Well, that's what I thought until I learned more about Xylitol and it's benefits for your child's overall health. Xylitol is a naturally occuring substance known to inhibit cavity causing & plaque forming bacteria. Other studies have also shown that when certain bacteria are exposed to xylitol, they lose their ability to stick to the tissues in the mouth, nose and upper respitory tract. Why am I telling you all of this? Well, today we got in a few xylitol products to help start your child off right and support their good oral health.

Tooth tissues were invented by two dentists that knew that although cleaning your child's teeth and gums everyday is necessary to prevent decay, it's not always that simple. These tissues make it a bit easier. Not only do they contain Xylitol but they are also uniquely textured for plaque removal, can be used begining at birth, and are flouride, paraben, and sugar-free!

If tooth tissues aren't your thing, we also got in Spry tooth gel which provides a rich source of dental xylitol and can either be rubbed on the gums & teeth or administered through their specially designed pacifier. As your child sucks on the pacifier, teeth and gums are coated with the xylitol and tooth strengthening calcium.

For older children, you can even use the tooth gel on their toothbrush which unlike toothpaste, Spry is SAFE TO SWALLOW.

Pretty interesting huh?
