Just to show that we did have a few hours of fun in Vegas, here is a picture we took at the Bellagio just minutes before the "accident".
On the store front, we received some fun new ruffle legwarmers again this week. We previously had them in hot pink, light pink, ivory, and black which sold out almost instantly! They have now added a few new colors: silver sparkle, gold sparkle, gum grey, and antique rose. I had Lucy wear her pair to gymnastics last week and she got so many compliments!
As usual, the pictures just don't do them justice so you'll have to stop in to check them out. We also have the original colors back in stock as well.
Again, thanks so much for all the well wishes! I also wanted to add a special thank you to my mom and dad for ALL their help! With me being a single parent who is unable to drive or pick up my two year old I truly don't know what I would do without their help. You guys are the best parents anyone could have and I only hope I can be as good of a mommy to Lucy.

A Few Things...
Just to let you know, Pout may have some modified hours here and there until things get back to normal. Today Pout will be closing at 5pm. Hours will be normal unless posted otherwise on the blog.
A HUGE thank you to Kris's mom, Marilyn, who has been at the store for the last week and will be continuing to help us out. We couldn't do it without you - Thanks!

What happens in Vegas...
Early Saturday evening as we were watching the water show at the Bellagio, Kris passed out and hit her head. We would later find out that the cause for her passing out was dehydration.
911 was called and an ambulance was quickly on the scene. We were transported to the ER where Kris had a catscan that revealed a skull fracture and bleeding on her brain. She had to have a craniotomy early Sunday morning. Needless to say, that evening will go down as the most terrifying experience that either of us has been through.
Thankfully, Kris is doing well now. She is still in the hospital here in Vegas, but is expected to get out within the next day or two. Her recovery will probably take a while, but everything is looking great.
If you have any good thoughts or prayers you would like to send this way we would appreciate it.

I found it!
It makes sense doesn't it? It's made especially for little ones to reach those painful back molars that most teethers can't reach. They also mention on website that it can be used as a "transitional" piece when trying to get rid of the traditional pacifier. As odd looking as the Teethifier is, it really does look like a perfect solution!
