I am very excited to announce the 2nd annual “Cutest Little Baby Face” contest. OTMOM, rialee photography, and Pout Baby Boutique invite parents to enter babies age 0-36 months into the contest for a chance to be featured in the April/May issue of On The Minds Of Moms. Additionally the winner will receive a $150 gift certificate and styling from us, a free photoshoot with rialee photography and a 16x20 print of their choice. Two finalists will also receive free photoshoots.
