We are excited to announce the launch of the first annual “Cutest Little Baby Face” contest. OTMOM, rialee photography, and Pout Baby Boutique invite parents to enter babies age 0-36 months into the contest for a chance to be featured in the Summer Issue of On The Minds Of Moms. Additionally the winner will receive a $150 gift certificate and styling from Pout Baby Boutique, a free photoshoot with rialee photography and a 16x20 print of their choice. Two finalists will also receive free photoshoots.
*Entries will be accepted January 18th – March 15th, 2010
*Child must be between 0-36 months as of January 18, 2010
*To enter contest, submit a non-professional photo taken in the last 6 months along with:
- child’s first name
- child’s date of birth
- city & state child resides in
- nominee’s name
- nominee’s relation to baby
- nominee’s phone number
- nominee’s email
- date photo taken

*mail entries to: On The Minds Of Moms, PO Box 190, Fargo ND 58107. Photos mailed in will not be returned.
*Professional photos are not eligible for this contest. By submitting a photo, you agree you own or have obtained all rights necessary to submit this photo and to authorize its use. The non-professional photo you submit may be used, without limitation, in an online photo gallery or for marketing or promotion of the sponsoring companies. The photo may be copied, reformatted, and/or resized.

How many photo's can be submitted? Also can more than one child of the same family be submitted? Thanks! So excited about this contest!

Just one picture per child but you can enter more than one child per family if they are 36 months or younger.
