Tooth Fairy bags

It's hard to believe but my lil Lucy is 5 1/2 which means it was finally time for her to loose her 1st tooth.  She's been wiggling her loose tooth  for weeks now so last week when it got so loose it was hanging out of her mouth, it was time to PULL it.   After a couple of attempts on her own she finally asked me to help her so I grabbed it and it came right out.

At first it was pretty traumatizing....

But after the shock wore off, she was pretty thrilled....

I don't know which one of us was more excited.  Here's a shot of Lucy, Mike (my boyfriend), and I right after the big event.  Check out the that perfect gap smile.

Mike thought this big event deserved a treat (even though it was right before bedtime) so off he ran to get some strawberry ice cream.

I'm not sure what got into me but in all my excitement I just gave her a spoon and let her dig in right out of the container while sitting on the couch.  For a momma that doesn't let her child take any food out of the kitchen, this was quite a treat for her.  In fact, the next day her teacher emailed to tell me how excited she was to tell her friends that she got to eat ice cream right out of the container in the living room!

I guess I should get to my original point of this post!  I got one of these tooth fairy bags for Lucy and after "testing" it out, I knew we had to carry them.  The cute little pocket in front holds the tooth and the drawstring pouch  is just big enough to slip in some$$$.
We just got these in today in all these fun colors so stop in and check them out if you're little one is getting ready for the tooth fairy to make an appearance.

Happy Monday!
Kris
